2. Select that you Accept Subsidies (Note: You can always make a tax deductible donation to our organization as part of your registration or after you train)

4. Complete the online registration form and feel free to add parents or others to the same registration. This offer is for one teen, but there are additional family member subsidies that will be applied and training together really reinforces the training at home.
