Our new registration system has been in development for several months, and we are now ready to roll it out. We will be making improvements in real time, and we apologize in advance if the current experience is not as smooth as we would like. It will continue to get better, and we appreciate your patience during this transition.

A few helpful tips as of mid-January:

  • If you are registering someone else, enter your own name first, then add them as a participant. If you will be training with them, answer “yes” when asked whether you are participating, and we will include you on the roster.

  • Please read both the webpage you arrived from and the page you are working on. Some partner pages include special instructions for groups or vouchers. Many issues come from clicking quickly without reading, and taking a moment to review the information will give you a smoother experience.

  • If you have trouble signing up and cannot reach us by phone, try to complete the registration anyway. If the online payment overcharges you, we will refund the difference. If you prefer not to submit payment, choose “pay by check,” then reply to the confirmation email to let us know. The “no reply” label is misleading, but replies do reach us, and we are working to remove that label. We will correct any issues and help you complete payment if needed.
