Our new registration system is now live. While it’s a major improvement, we’re continuing to refine a few areas.

Helpful Tips (Spring 2026):

Registering Someone Else

  • If you are registering another person, enter your own name first, then add them as a participant.

  • If you will also be training, select “Yes” when asked if you are participating so we can include you on the roster.

Read Before You Click

  • Please review both the page you came from and the page you are on. Some partner pages include special instructions for groups or vouchers.

  • Most issues happen when steps are completed too quickly; taking a moment to read will help avoid problems.

Email Addresses Are Important

  • If registering yourself, use the same email address when checking in at our training site. Your information will carry over, so you won’t need to re-enter it.

  • If registering someone else, their email is used for both login and receiving their graduation certificate. Graduation certificates are sent via DocuSign. The participant must review, sign, and complete the certificate, and then you will also receive a copy. Have them look for emails referencing In Control and their training graduation.

Payment or Registration Issues

If you run into issues and cannot reach us by phone:

  • You can still complete registration (we recommend completing it so you save your seat(s) before someone else registers).

  • If you are overcharged, we will refund the difference.

  • If you prefer not to pay online, select “Pay by check” and reply to your confirmation email to let us know what went wrong. We will fix it and, if necessary, send you a link to pay by credit card. Note: The “no reply” label is misleading; replies do reach us, and we are working to fix this.

Waivers

  • Participants 18 and older can sign the waiver online or in person upon arrival.

  • Participants under 18 must bring a signed waiver from a parent or guardian (download link available in your confirmation email or on our website here).
